Transformation through breath, body, and awareness.
My own path took a powerful turn when I became certified as a Transformational Breath® Facilitator in 2017.
Since then, I have continued to deepen my work with the wisdom of breath and body.
In my sessions, practical psychology, psychodynamic therapy, and body-based methods come together.
This helps you understand yourself more deeply.
Recognize patterns in relationships and interactions.
Release tension.
And make room for balance and growth.
I have been trained in, among other approaches:
☆ Internal Family Systems (IFS).
☆ Breathwork.
☆ Systemic therapy.
☆ Integrative therapy.
☆ Character structures and shadow work.
☆ Somatic therapy and Body‑oriented Psychotherapy.
☆ Visualization and lightwork.
My work is for adults who long for more peace, self-trust, emotional balance, and a life lived more authentically.
I work as an integrative therapist, with attention to body, psyche, and energetic awareness.
