ABOUT ME

I’m Mira Vrdoljak
The philosophy behind my work grew out of my own exploration for what it really means – and what it changes – to stay true to myself. By exploring my inner landscape, I began to discover how to be in deep, honest contact with myself.

For a long time, I mostly lived from a adjusting and complying. I tuned into others, into the world around me, into what I thought was expected of me. In that process, I gradually lost touch with my own body. By ignoring its signals, I disconnected from what I truly needed, what was healthy for me, what genuinely resonated with who I am in essence.

Change began when I started to slow down, to listen, and to feel. I learned to notice my automatic tendency to adjust and, instead, to pause and attune: What am I really feeling right now? What does my body need? What feels true for me? This is how I discovered that my body is a key to calm, clarity, and aliveness.

Breathwork and body-oriented inner work taught me how to feel instead of overthink. I’ve trained myself to listen to my inner world – even in difficult times – to trust my body, and from there to return to relaxation, trust, and self‑expression.

From this lived experience, I now guide others on a similar path: turning inward with gentleness and compassion, noticing and releasing tension, recognising and transforming patterns, and learning to trust your inner compass and self‑regulating capacity. So that you can reclaim your own voice and rhythm.

In my work, professional training is woven together with embodied, firsthand experience. As an integrative therapist, I work in a trauma‑sensitive and psychologically grounded way, always in connection with the body and held by energetic awareness. There is space for all parts of you (IFS), exactly as they show up in the moment.

I look forward to walking alongside you.
Warm regards,
Mira
