It’s about honoring your natural pace and cultivating safety.
An invitation to pause,
to ground in body and breath,
to come close to yourself,
to remain present with what is unfolding now.
In this way, space opens.
To reconnect with your Self, and radiate outward.
And to rediscover the calm and clarity that have always been within you.
