In our sessions, I invite you to slow down, listen inward, and explore with honesty and curiosity what wants to move within you.
Together we explore the patterns that may keep you stuck or limit your sense of freedom, and trace them back to their origins. Feeling your emotions is central in this process – they point the way toward understanding, healing, and change. As you reconnect with your needs, desires, voice, and boundaries. When you begin to feel a deeper sense of connection with yourself and embody your true self, connection with those around you becomes more natural and clear.
Sustainable change can only unfold when you can look at yourself and your challenges with less resistance and self-judgment. Self-compassion – being present with your own pain in a kind, loving, and non-judgmental way – is woven through this work. From a grounded sense of self, you learn to stay close to your vulnerability and give expression to what truly resonates with you.
The wisdom of your body
Your body holds the stories of all your experiences – even those that seem forgotten. By bringing gentle awareness to the sensations, emotions, and thoughts that move within you, you begin to know yourself more deeply. This conscious listening fosters your capacity to feel, relax, and truly be present.
In a safe, attuned, and grounded space, I invite you to talk, feel, and breathe. We work through both body awareness and conversation, body-oriented, trauma-sensitive, psychodynamic, and energetic. By sensing what’s happening inside and giving it space, movement or words, you explore attachment patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies that once have protected you but may now keep you from fully living.
I invite you to find safe ground and to reconnect with all parts of yourself. The ones that long, the ones that protect, and the ones that have had to hide because others could not attune to your needs.
When these parts are gently received, space and ease begin to emerge, allowing integration to unfold, step by step.
