Awareness, self-inquiry, and inner space
Do you long to truly listen to yourself?
Do you want to bring awareness to what feels unclear or unresolved?
Are you ready to welcome what is present — and transform what no longer serves you?
I guide you to find emotional safety, to explore, and to open to what truly matters.
The wisdom of your body
Your body holds every experience you’ve lived — as Bessel van der Kolk reminds us: the body keeps the score.
And within your body also lies the key to clarity and healing.
In a safe and grounded space, I invite you to talk, feel, and breathe.
We bring awareness to sensations, emotions, and thoughts — allowing you to meet yourself more deeply.
Method
My approach is body-oriented, trauma-sensitive, energetic, and psychodynamic.
We work through body, breath, and dialogue.
Together we bring light to attachment patterns, survival strategies, and inner conflicts — often echoes from the past — the ways you learned to behave, and your needs that were, or were not, met.
By meeting all parts of yourself — those that long, those that protect, those that hide — you begin to reclaim wholeness.
Space for what wants to be revealed
Self-inquiry has its own rhythm. As you stay present, patterns begin to reveal themselves step by step.
Awareness opens new perspectives and inspires new dynamics in how you relate to yourself and others.
When you feel safe, your body can relax and your energy flows more freely.
Self-regulation, self-confidence and connection
At your own pace, you learn to use your body and breath for self-regulation — to trust them as guides.
Through attuned presence, space opens within you for freedom, joy, and compassion.
From being connected to yourself, it becomes easier to meet life’s challenges in a grounded and compassionate way.
Invitation
My guidance is an invitation to be lovingly present. To be the light you are.
From a deeper place of connection and inspiration,
you can live more freely — rooted in your source, living from your nature.
