STAR – Coming Home to yourself

Slow down. Tune in. Allow. Redirect.

🌬️ Slow down ☆ Ease your pace. Let your breath deepen. Feel your body settle and rest into the steady support of the earth beneath you.

🐚 Tune in ☆ Gently turn your attention inward. Simply be. Listen with curiosity to the sensations, feelings, and rhythms within your body.

⭐️ Allow ☆ Give yourself space and kindness. Let whatever is present be here, without needing to change it. Stay softly present with your experience.

❤️ Redirect ☆ Connect to your inner light — your loving, wise Self. From here, let your perspective widen and your vision open.

STAR is not about fixing or forcing.
It’s an invitation to pause, to be close to yourself, and to remain present with what is unfolding right now. In this way, space opens. Rediscovering the calm and clarity that are always within you.
