“Just stay with yourself” was once a concept I didn’t fully understand. Only through my own lived experience did I discover what it truly feels like to connect deeply with myself.
For many years, I lived by adjusting — even complying — to the outside world. I ignored my intuition, and in doing so, I lost touch with my body and with who I am at my core.
Only when I began to truly listen and feel into my body did things begin to shift. I discovered that my body holds the key to calm, clarity, and aliveness.
Breathwork and body-oriented inner work taught me that even in heavy weather, I can feel rather than overthink, and return to relaxation, authentic expression, and trust.
Today, I guide others on a similar path: turning inward with softness and honesty, recognizing patterns, releasing tension, and learning to trust their inner compass while finding their own rhythm of self-regulation.
In my work, I combine professional training with lived experience. As a psychologist, I work in a trauma-sensitive, body-oriented and energetic way, giving space to all parts of you — exactly as they show up right now.
