I’m Mira Vrdoljak
my way of working has grown from my own exploration of what it truly means to stay close to myself.
Through exploring my inner landscape, I discovered what it really feels like to be deeply connected with who I am.
For a long time, I lived mostly by adjusting and complying. Attuned to others, to the world around me, or to what I thought was expected of me. In that strategy, I gradually lost touch with my own body. By ignoring its signals, I lost connection with what I truly needed, what was healthy for me, what resonated and with who I am in essence.
It wasn’t until I began to slow down, to listen truly, and to feel, that things started to change.
I learned not to react automatically or to adapt myself, but to pause and tune in: What do I really feel? What does my body need? What feels true for me?
That’s when I discovered that my body holds the key to calm, clarity, and aliveness.
Breathwork and body-oriented inner work taught me to feel rather than overthink.
I’ve trained myself (even in stormy times) to listen inwardly, to trust my body, and to return from there to relaxation, trust, and self-expression.
From lived experience, I now facilitate others on a similar path: to turn inward with gentleness and compassion, to notice and release tension, to recognize and transform patterns, and to learn to trust your inner compass and self-regulating capacity. To find your own voice and rhythm.
In my work, I bring together professional training and deeply embodied experience.
As an Integrative Therapist, I work in a trauma-sensitive and psychological way, grounded in the body and supported by energetic awareness, creating space for all parts of you (IFS), as they arise in the moment.
I look forward to exploring together.
Warm regards,
Mira
