My guidance centers on the here and now. We make room for what wants to be felt and heard within you, and follow a direction or longing by sensing how it lives in your body.
Often, we take the time to pause at moments when your basic needs weren’t met — safety, being seen, recognition, connection, the space to be yourself. Experiencing this lack brings understanding for yourself and your history, and inspiration to draw closer to yourself.
This creates a natural balance between experiencing, understanding and putting things into words. We follow, step by step, what your system — conscious and unconscious — reveals, without steering what arises. Pain from earlier experiences is also welcome to be seen and heard; by giving it attention and language, movement arises toward greater integration and a more solidly anchored adult self.
You work with what you become aware of: your body, your feelings, your thoughts, your breath, your inner voice — learning to allow this rather than suppress it. This lets your system’s self-healing capacity unfold, creating more space, connection and direction in your development.
