My Modalities & Inspirations

Breath as a Key to Transformation
My journey took a powerful turn when I became a certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator in 2017.
Since then, I explore the wisdom of my breath and body every day.

In my sessions, I bring together practical psychology, psychodynamic therapy, and body-oriented therapies — supporting you to deepen self-understanding, bring clarity to your relational dynamics, and release what no longer serves you, so balance and renewed energy can flow.

Body and Mind in Harmony
For four years, I trained at Bambu – Consciousness & Guidance, learning to guide people professionally in the art of living.
I have been trained (among other things) in: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Body Mind Language® (BML), Breathwork, systemic therapy, integrative therapy, character structures / somatic therapy / body-oriented psychotherapy, shadow work, guided visualizations and Lightwork.

Who I Work With
My guidance is for adults who:
🌱 seek more calm, confidence, and emotional balance
🌱 feel stuck due to stress, burnout, or overstimulation
🌱 want to release old patterns or heal unresolved trauma
🌱 wish to live more from the heart and intuition
🌱 want to trust their body as a source of wisdom
🌱 are ready to gain deeper insight into their relationship patterns — including how they connect with themselves and others
