A Breath Journey is a sacred pause—an opening to presence, breath, and what longs for your attention. In a safe and nurturing circle, you are invited to explore with curiosity, while always honoring your own pace and boundaries.
Together, we practice Conscious Connected Breathing, supported by my intuitive facilitation and the presence of Spirit. This active, circular breath opens deeper layers of awareness, while the group energy deepens connection and transformation.
Common experiences include grounding, flow, release, authentic expression, empowerment, creativity, joy, and a sense of coming home to yourself.
