We usually begin with a 1-on-1 session of ±60 minutes. Online or in my practice space in Amsterdam.
Together, we explore what is present for you, what you long for, and where you may feel stuck. From there, we attune to the form of guidance that best supports you at this moment.

💫 Breath regulation — when you’re seeking calm, clarity, and practical support with stress, overwhelm, overthinking, or sleep difficulties. These sessions focus on training your breath as an anchor for self-regulation and relaxation, helping your nervous system return to balance.

💫 Therapy supported by your breath — when there is space for deeper inquiry and emotional processing. Allowing your breath to support feeling deeper, being present, and gaining insight. Through dialogue, body awareness, and breath, guided by what naturally arises.

💫 At times, you may choose a Conscious Connected Breathing session or decide to participate in a Breath Journey workshop. This form invites a deeper inner journey, beyond the thinking mind, into an altered state of consciousness. In this space, images, sensations, or inner knowing may emerge and old tension can gently move and release.
The experience of the free flow-of-your-breath can offer a glimpse of what is possible: a source of inspiration, direction, and trust in the transformation unfolding within you.
