Breathwork

🌿 Breathwork is an invitation to soften, to let go, and to return to your natural vitality. With the breath as your guide, you are gently invited beyond habitual thinking—into a space of clarity, creativity, and deeper connection with yourself. In this way, breathwork supports relaxation, vibrancy, and well-being on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

I offer Breathwork in two ways:

✨ 1-on-1 Sessions
These sessions are fully attuned to your needs and rhythms. Sometimes we practice Conscious Connected Breathing, and sometimes a gentler form that suits where you are right now. In this personal space, the breath can become a first step—helping you to explore, regulate, and open at your own pace. Sessions can take place at my practice on the Hugo de Grootkade or at your location.

✨ Group Breath Journeys
In small groups of up to 7, we journey together with Conscious Connected Breathing. The group field offers a powerful mirror and deep support—while the intimate size ensures safety, personal attention, and space for your unique process.

Breathwork can help you to:

☆ Release tension, stress, and emotional patterns (including intergenerational ones)
☆ Realign with your body and Essence
