These sessions focus on training your breathing to support self-regulation. For example in times of stress, burnout, overthinking, tension, irritability, or sleep difficulties.
You learn how to restore balance between activation and relaxation through your breath, allowing your nervous system to settle and your mind to regain clarity and focus.
Practical, personalized, and directly applicable to daily life.
At times, breath regulation is enough. Grounding, stabilizing, and supportive.
At other times, a deeper layer is revealed. Realizing that the breath not only regulates, but also holds and supports a therapeutic unfolding.
