I guide processes of awareness and healing, where mind, heart, body, and energy come together.

Other times, we explore deeper layers, emotions, or long-standing patterns.
Whatever the theme, we meet it together. Creating space, clarity, and movement.

A longer process allows us to explore themes more deeply,
yet even a single conversation can bring change: recognition, relief, a new perspective, or simply room to breathe.
Often, being witnessed and heard, without judgment, already brings ease.

Online or In-Person
Sessions are one hour and can take place online or in my practice space in Amsterdam.
