Sometimes it’s about something concrete causing tension, like a difficult situation with someone.
Other times, it’s deeper patterns or recurring feelings.

Whatever it is, we look at it together – seeking space, clarity, and movement.
In a longer journey, we can dive deeper into themes and patterns.
But even a single conversation can make a difference: recognition, fresh perspective, or simply breathing room.
Often, just being fully heard without judgment already brings relief.

Everything you share is, of course, strictly confidential.
You decide what to share and at what pace.
There is space for your story, your boundaries, and your rhythm and voice.

Online or in person
Sessions last one hour and take place online or in my practice space in Amsterdam.
