In yoga you practice becoming more aware of what is; you practice being magnificently supportive and loving of yourself; opening-up to expressing yourself from a steady, clear, and sure space.
I teach various yoga styles. Among them: Jivamukti, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Kundalini and Relax Flow.
