Training and Inspiration

My breath-oriented-therapy
My journey strongly evolved since I became a Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator. Exploring the wisdom of my breath and body ever since. I apply Bioenergetic Therapy in my Therapeutic Breathwork.

My body-mind-oriented-therapy
I did 4 years of Consciousness-training at Bambu: Guiding people professionally in the art of living. The training includes Systemic Therapy, Psychosynthesis, Transactional Analysis, Somatic Therapy, Jungian Archetypes, Shadow-work, Character-structures, Bioenergetics, Body-oriented-Psychotherapy and Visualisations.

Currently I’m also interested in Psychodynamic Theory and Internal Family Systems. I’m studying to get an other college degree / HBO opleiding Psychosociaal Therapeut.
