Individual Coaching & Breathing sessions offer time to explore the full beneficial range of working with your body and breath; physiological support to connect with what is; relaxation for your nervous system; inspiration for your creativity; vitalising your overall health. Coaching & Breathing allows you to listen to your body, choose what nourishes you, and light up the sparks in your eyes.
I offer my sessions in person. In an adaptive version, I also facilitate online. I follow all Dutch COVID-19 regulations.
